We have a confirmed line up full of local villans but have reserved one slot for one new daring challenger.

If you are unaware of Brick City and what we do, read on and get the basics behind the brand.

Brick City is all about new, up and coming talent in the electronic music spectrum. We have had many successful artist start through us and are now in full circulation in and around SA.

For us its about the fundamentals...electronic music, regardless of its genre. If the person is passionate, has soul, skill and a good ear, its more than likely we'll see them perform at some stage or another. Consider us the 'starting' platform form and we're currently searching for new blood...

The time has come for the next installment of BC and this month we're doing something we've never done before...

We are teaming up with the best of the best who all share the same passion for music and funny enough, the same high school. All these guys have performed at Brick City at one stage or another and now are battling it out for their hand at the Brick City title.

Playground Antics promisses to be a night of knock out standards where each act will bring their own unique flavor of dancefloor mayhem.

Unfortunately we are unable to do auditions for this months Brick City but will be accepting Demos/mix's for next months.

The plan is that we have asked people within the industry to come out and perform a once off set. This means that guys you already know will be performing different genres of music than what they currently play.

SFR (Sneaky F*&king Russian = Drum & Bass) X
SFR (Sneaky Funky Russian = Jack Beats Electro) ✓

Get the idea?

We also got guys who are involved in other forms of entertainment to come out and play.

We feel this will add a new dimension and an exciting element to the night.

This doesn't mean auditions are long gone as we are leaving one space open for whoever we think deserves it.

So again, we urge everyone to push and promote whoever they think deserves to win by casting a vote on whatever BC platform.

3) All demos must be submitted with a soundcloud account.
4) Demos performed off software need to be controlled by a MIDI device.
5) Any form of electronica is accepted.
6) You must be 18 or over to enter. We would still like to hear your mix regardless so don't hesitate to send it in if you are under 18.
