\\First come, first serve//
Ok so we have received two submissions since the announcement of the new BC. Unfortunately only one of them is on a Soundcloud account. We are currently waiting for the other artist to upload his demo so we can share it with you. Until then listen to this and vote if you like.
//
This is a mini mix compiled by a local guy that is turning some heat amongst the Dubstep heads in the mother city. He did the mix for the MTTM comp and has received some great feedback. If your feeling it... you know what to do.

The time has come for the next installment of BC and this month we are doing something we've done before, but due to its success we're doing it again.
We are paying tribute to our past successors by giving them a slot on the night. This doesn't mean auditions are a thing of the past as we are leaving two spaces open for whoever we think deserves it.

Don't know about you, but f^&k dont you think this Holiday period has been FLIPPPING AMAZING? Things have been cracking at an early start and lasting well into the new year! Its times like these when you look back and reflect on whats been achieved and what still needs to be for the years ahead... well... if you still go your Rezonance face on.. Mmm. Maybe not!

...2010? beautiful! Nightlife took a whole new turn and evolved into a new realm in South Africa. The festivals, clubs, djs, parties... everything! It all just got MASSIVE!

Talent.. dem boys and girls who stay up late and party for their rent. Some would say the working class! Doing their uppermost best making sure your body remains grinding. Without them, the best music would still remain hidden...unknown.. LOST on some. blog ;)

Brick City has always been about finding and exposing new up and coming talent. We have seen the likes of EL GORDO, STONE-AGE CITIZENS, DAS KAPITAL, TOTEM, DYNAMO and others have their first gig at one of our parties. They're all BLAZZING good djs! BUT... we know there are more of you our there.

\\one for the money, two for the show//
It that time again where we at the BC HQ knock our heads against the wall and try figure out a once off special event. Well, with a few bumps and bruises we came up with a very special concept for a one night show.
//
The idea is that we are paying some much need respect to some artists that stand out to us. The guys who may have not received the most votes, but the guys who truly know what they are doing in terms of music selection and production.
//
Its going to be a once off genre battle between the djs who will be representing their flavors within a time space of an hour and a half.
Line up as follows:
10:00|11:30 (BROKE GUY)
11:30|01:00 (VIBE NATION)
01:00|02:30 (KENNEDY)
02:30|CLOSE (PZIEZZO ELECTRIC)
Date: 19th November
Doors open at 9.
Half price drinks till 11.
